As the new owner of Codimonk Nursery School, Jennifer is honored to be entrusted with the care and learning of your children and looking forward building a strong partnership with her students and their families. With a Master’s degree in Education and a strong background in curriculum design and learning & development, Jennifer brings both professional expertise and personal experience to leading our preschool. As a mom to two preschool-aged children, she understands firsthand the importance of finding a nurturing, engaging, and safe environment for young learners.
Her passion for education shines through in every aspect of the preschool experience, from thoughtfully designed curriculum to creating a welcoming space where children can grow, explore, and thrive. 

Denise Lanigan

Denise is the Director of our preschool and pre-k classroom and brings over a decade of experience and dedication to early childhood education. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from Bridgewater State University and is Director II certified through the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care (EEC).
Since beginning her career in 2013, Denise has served in a variety of roles including Lead Teacher for every age group—from infants to Pre-K—as well as Curriculum Coordinator and Assistant Director. Each role has deepened her understanding of child development and strengthened her passion for creating nurturing, engaging learning environments.
As Director of Codimonk Nursery School, Denise is excited to lead our preschool community with a focus on building a loving and supportive space where children feel safe, valued, and eager to explore the world around them through play. Her teaching philosophy centers on the belief that children thrive when they are comfortable, curious, and encouraged to grow at their own pace.

Mrs. Jenn is an early childhood educator with a decade of experience and is EEC Teacher certified in all age groups. While her primary background has been with infants and toddlers, she is excited to transition into PreK and Preschool, where she can leverage her skills to support this age group’s unique needs. She loves working with preschoolers because of their imagination and creativity, which make lessons and activities engaging and fun.
Dedicated to creating nurturing, interactive learning environments, Mrs. Jenn is committed to fostering growth, development, and strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues. She thrives on making learning fun and meaningful for every child.
​Outside of school, you can find her exploring local parks, baking delicious treats, or snuggling with her furry friends.

                        Ms. Karen has spent many years working in human services and early childhood education. Her passion
                        has always been supporting young children as they learn and grow. After taking time to focus on her own
                        family as a stay-at-home mom, she’s thrilled to return to the classroom and share her love of learning with
